In recent years, Egypt's design and architecture scene has seen a shift towards sustainability, with a focus on using locally sourced materials and incorporating green design elements. This trend is reflected in the construction of new buildings, such as the New Administrative Capital, which is being built with sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems. There is also a growing interest in adaptive reuse, with older buildings being repurposed for new uses, such as hotels and cultural centers. In terms of design, there is a renewed interest in traditional Egyptian motifs and patterns, which are being incorporated into contemporary designs to create a unique and distinctly Egyptian aesthetic. Additionally, there is a growing emphasis on the use of technology in both design and architecture, with digital tools and BIM  being utilized to streamline the design process and create innovative structures.

Keeping this in mind, the Architecture & Design  Talks will be delivered by experts and feature high-level presentations and Q&A sessions with the market leaders in design, as well as leading contractors, developers architects, designers, and more who will be shaping the future.
